Ruby T. Bearshield, 25, 328 N. Park Rd., Hobart, Okla. — Arraigned for custodial interference-kidnapping; preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday, March 30 at 10:45 a.m.; $100,000 cash bond; to have no contact with victim.

Christopher R. Johnson, 20, 2425 Gary Rd., Traverse City —Pleaded guilty during a show cause hearing to contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs owed; to serve 30 days in jail; 30 days in jail held in abeyance for eight months; if fine and costs owed are not paid within that time frame, defendant will serve 30 days in jail; defendant to make monthly payments of $100 a month for eight months.

Chan Oh-Park Woodcock, 22, 91 Church St., Maple City — Arraigned for presenting a check without an account credit and writing three checks with non-sufficient funds within 10 days; preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday, March 30 at 10:30 a.m.; bond set at 10 percent of $5,000.

Paul J. Gates, 24, 2516 Crossing Circle, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty under a plea bargain arrangement to driving without an operator’s license on person; $50 fine; $60 costs; $40 state crime victims fund; to make biweekly payments of $20 stating on March 30.

Robin L. Perry, 44, 6225 E. Lincoln Rd., Cedar — Pleaded guilty to drunk driving; to serve one day in jail with credit for one day served; $125 Sheriff’s Department expense; $500 fine; $500 costs; $50 state crime victims fund; $45 state judicial fee.
