Glen Lake’s early childhood programs for 2007-08 will be the focus of a parent meeting and child play date on Thursday, April 26, at 6:30 p.m.

Children will meet with the Young 5 and kindergarten teachers while parents gather for an informational meeting at 6:45 p.m. in the elementary media center. Early childhood programs next year at the school include 5-day, full-day kindergarten; a “Young 5s” kindergarten program three full days a week; and a tuition based preschool program for 4-year-olds.

Parents will receive enrollment forms that will need to be completed the night of the meeting. It is also asked that parents bring copies of their child’s or children’s certified birth certificate, Social Security card, and immunization record. Children must be five years of age by Dec. 1 to attend either the “Young 5” or kindergarten program.

At the end of the meeting, parents can sign up for their “Round Up” appointment on May 10.
