The Northwest Michigan regional office of the Alzheimer’s Association will present an educational seminar entitled, Advance Care Planning, Tuesday, April 24 at the Traverse Area District Library in Traverse City.

The program, scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature registered nurse Jan Perreault of Munson Medical Center’s Advance Care Planning Department. Topics address will include making plans for health care and long-term care coverage; choosing another person to make decisions on behalf of the person with dementia; and planning for financial and property management.

There is no charge for the seminar. However, donations will be welcomed.
