Jerry J. Callaway, 17, of 2529 S. Pineview Rd., Suttons Bay — Arraigned on two counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor and one count of purchase/consumption/possession of alcohol by a minor; pretrial set for May 11.

Jennifer L. Cramption, 37, of 13353 Campbell, P.O. Box 88, Kewadin — Stood mute to writing a check with insufficient funds of more than $100 and less than $500; pretrial set for May 18.

Craig P. Anderson, 44, of 1650 Cherry Blossom Way, Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to second offense impaired driving; to be adjudicated through Sobriety Court.

Michael H. Prior, 27, of 1020 Peninsula Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated, operating with a suspended license; to serve one day in jail with credit for one day served; to perform three days community service in lieu of three days in jail; $90 judicial fee; $125 Sheriff’s Department fee; $100 fine; $600 costs; $50 to crime victim’s fund; must not operate a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol; must attend, cooperative, pay for and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program: six months probation.

Augustine L. Floyd, 17, of P.O. Box 766, Suttons Bay — Sentenced after pleading guilty to alcohol purchase/consumption or possession by a minor; $40 fine; $75 costs $40 judicial fee.

Margaret Maier, 64, of 1405 N. Leland Estates Dr., Leland — Pleaded guilty in a plea bargain arrangement to impaired driving; bond continued; sentence pending.
