Northwestern Bank opened its 25th office in northern Michigan on May 21 at West Bay Shopping Center.
The branch office, located next to Tom’s Food Market at the corner of M-22 and M-72, is a 1,922-square-foot full-service facility that includes drive-through banking, a drive-up ATM, safe deposit boxes, and after-hours depository. Kent Nordin is the branch manager, and Tori Jelinek is the personal banker.
The bank will host a grand opening party on Friday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with free food, beverages and giveaways. The bank will also award a shopping spree at Tom’s to three customers on June 27.
Registration takes place through June 15.
Lobby hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Northwestern Bank is the largest independent community bank in northern Michigan and has over $700 million in assets.
