Northport Public School graduates like their alma mater, but wish they had a more rigorous curriculum to prepare them for post high school studies.
Northport will pay double the charges first anticipated
Northport Public School will pay more than double what district officials originally thought for the Northport-Leelanau Township sewer system.

Everyone who knows Bill Green is aware that come June 6, he will be a man with no class and no principals.
That's because Green, known as "Mr. Green," will be retiring from teaching after having served the Suttons Bay district for 38 years.
