The next meeting of the Leelanau chapter of the Michigan Retired School Personnel will be on Wednesday, June 20, at the Bluebird in Leland.

The speaker at the 11:50 a.m. luncheon will be Ron Jolly, WTCM talk radio host. Jolly’s presentation will be related to his book, Northern Michigan Almanac, and possibly also the not-yet-published Upper Peninsula Almanac that he co-authored.

In addition, local delegates to the MARSP area conference in Gaylord on June 7 will summarize the retiree-related legislative and health news reported at the event.
The luncheon costs $11, which includes meal and gratuity.
