The Leelanau Scenic Heritage Route Committee will hold its summer potluck picnic meeting on Monday, June 25, at noon at Johnson Park in Empire.

Everyone is invited to attend the event. Attendees are asked to bring a dish to pass and their own table service.

During the event, a presentation will be given on a proposed Heritage Route Trailway project. The proposed trailway will parallel M-22 and M-109 within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelanau County.
