The Northport Womens' Club has announced the five homes that will be part of the annual Home Tour on Wednesday, July 18.
The homes, all in the Northport and Omena area, “will be of interest to both ladies and gentlemen alike,” the club’s press release states. The homes include:
• The “Putnam Cloud Tower House” in Omena. The restored historic home serves as the official location of the Omena Historical Society and as their museum.
• Jim and Kathy Miller’s home in Omena. The new home is located across from Omena bay on Omena Point Road.
• James and Donna Chapman’s “cottage” on South Shore Drive in Northport.
• Greg and Shirley Hodge’s “quarry” home on Woolsey Lake Road.
• Dan and Sue Brondyk’s unique, silver “chameleon” home on M-22, between Northport and Leland.
Tickets for the Home Tour, which will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., are available from Northport Womens’ Club members. They can also be purchased at Tamarack Craftsmen Gallery in Omena, Dolls and More in Northport, The Business Helper in Suttons Bay, and Leelanau Books in Leland.
Additional Home Tour information is available by calling Sue Landes at 386-5618 or Pauline Nielsen at 386-5060.
