Two new Empire studios plan opening celebration

Ripple Effect Studio and Gallery and Imagine That Eclectic Arts and Gifts will host their grand opening celebration on Thursday, July 5.

The two studios are located at 10085 W. Front St., Empire, and the grand opening reception will be from 6-9 p.m.

Ripple Effect is the summer working studio and gallery of award-winning landscape photographer Jeff Ripple. He will have 10 new large format photographs from his Wild Sleeping Bear series on exhibit, as well as photos from North America and the Caribbean. The gallery also features Ripple’s original landscape paintings in oil.

Imagine That features a mix of art and home decor, including handmade frames by local artist Jackie Oleson, as well as jewelry, paintings, purses, custom-designed local scene pillows, and books by local author Chari Yost Binstadt.

The public is welcomed to attend. For more information, call 326-2047 or 326-5515.
