A grand opening celebration will be held at Thistledown Shoppe in Suttons Bay on Sunday, July 29. The store opened late last month in the Bayside Salon building at 419 N. St. Joseph’s St.

The store carries yarn and accessories, books, patterns, needles and hooks. The store is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.

The grand opening will take place during regular business hours, and will include food, beverages and prizes. To register, visit the store. The drawings will take place at 3:30 p.m.
