A variety of vehicles that use alternative fuel technology will be on display Friday at Northwestern Michigan College's Energy Demonstration Center from 1 to 5 p.m.

This one-day event, titled Beyond the Showroom: Hybrid Vehicle and Alternative Fuel Technology, answers questions consumers have about bio-diesel, electric cars, and fuel cells.

The demonstration center is located at 2600 Aero Park Dr. in Traverse City.
