Evolve Books and Gifts in Glen Arbor will host a workshop with local author and spiritual teacher Linda Alice Dewey on Sunday, Aug. 12.

Ghost Walk and Workshop, scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m., is based on her best-selling book, Aaron’s Crossing; An Inspiring True Ghost Story. Dewey will facilitate a deeper understanding of how life continues after physical death, and offer instruction on how to connect and communicate with loved ones who have “crossed over.”

A special feature is a short walk to the wooded cemetery in Glen Arbor, during which Dewey will relate how the book began at the site.
