Trevor Scott of Suttons Bay had a 5-minute “short” selected for screening at the Traverse City Film Festival last week.
Scott, along with Ariadne Blayde, produced the film Stream Search for the Grand Traverse Watershed. to educate the public about a program held annually to monitor local water quality.
The film was screened before the environmental film Everything’s Cool.
Scott was the recipient of the 2006 Traverse City Film Festival/Interlochen Arts Academy Scholarship award. He is currently studying film at Columbia College in Chicago. Blayde is a theater major at Interlochen Arts Academy, and a resident of Interlochen.
