Colorful celebration

Dancers at the Grand Traverse Band's annual PowWow celebration perform in Peshawbestown last weekend. Native drummers and dancers from Peshawbestown, Indiana and Wisconsin took part in the 3-day PowWow.

The county Road Commission will close County Road 669 between M-22 and Hlavka Road starting early Monday morning as part of a rebuilding project.
