Supervisor, James Neve called the meeting to order at 7:01PM.

Board members present: James Neve, Denise Dunn, Deb Van Pelt, Gary Fredrickson and Victor Goldschmidt. Also present three citizens and one staff member.

No Public Comment.

Agenda set as amended.

Approved July 10, 2007 Regular Board Meeting minutes as presented.

Approved Current Bills in the amount of $103,678.39 with a motion to approve the F. L. Padella Co., Inc. in the amount of $12,600.00 for Woolsey Airport Terminal Building repairs less $1,500 retainer upon final inspection.

Reports were accepted as received from Fire Department; Hugh Cook, and NEMS; Pat Burguard.

Reports heard from Planning Commission; Denise Dunn, Board of Review; Jim Neve and Zoning Board of Appeals; Jim Neve.

Approved a Personal Services Contract with Timothy A. Cypher of Cypher Group, Inc. to perform inspections and ordinance enforcement activities and to assist the Zoning Administrator in performing duties and responsibilities of that position.

Board had a Lengthy discussion on a proposed Access and Use of Legal Counsel Policy.

Discussed a proposed revision to the Sign Ordinance and a proposed new Outdoor Lighting Ordinance.

Discussed Grand Traverse Band Of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians Fire Safety House Trailer Use Agreement.

Public Comment heard from Tim Cypher.

Correspondence and announcements heard from Victor Goldschmidt.
