MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Cleaton Cantrell a/k/a Cleaton J. Cantrell, a single man, original mortgagor(s), to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation, Mortgagee, dated June 27, 2005, and recorded on August 4, 2005 in Liber 865 on Page 241, in Leelanau county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Four And 11/100 Dollars ($176,574.11), including interest at 10.5% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Leelanau County, at 11:00 AM, on September 21, 2007.
Said premises are situated in Township of Suttons Bay, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as: Part of the North fractional 1/2 of the Northeast fractional 1/4 of Section 4, Town 30 North, Range 11 West, described more fully and follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 4; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East, along the North line of said Section 4 and centerline of Pobuda Road, 907.84 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East along said Section line and centerline, 340.70 feet; thence South 01 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds East 1281.12 feet to the North 1/8 line of said Section 4; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 26 seconds West, along said 1/8 line, 340.70 feet; thence North 01 degrees 29 minutes 53 seconds West, 1281.44 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to and together with the public rights in Pobuda Road.
The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
