MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by DARREN WESTBERG, A SINGLE MAN, to SECURED FUNDING CORP., Mortgagee, dated December 15, 2006, and recorded on January 5, 2007, in Liber 926, on Page 726, and assigned by said mortgagee to MVB MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as assigned, Leelanau County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($111,844.27), including interest at 6.500% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statue in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue, at the Court House in Leland, MI at 11:00 AM o’clock, on September 7, 2007.
Said premises are situated in Township of ELMWOOD, Leelanau County, Michigan and described as:
LOT 21, BLUE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 6 OF PLATS, PAGE 11 THRU 14, LEELANAU COUNTY RECORDS.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale unless determined abandoned in accordance with 1948CL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
