MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Forrest Welch aka Forrest M. Welch, a single man, original mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for lender and lender’s successors and/or assigns, Mortgagee, dated June 5, 2006, and recorded on June 13, 2006 in Liber 904 on Page 255, in Leelanau county records, Michigan, and assigned by said Mortgagee to US Bank National Association, as trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF12, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF12 as assignee by an assignment, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine And 75/100 Dollars ($451,879.75), including interest at 8.875% per annum.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
