This is to inform you that at the regular meeting held August 28, 2007, the Empire Village Council adopted Ordinance #106. It is an Ordinance to amend sections 2 of the Village of Empire Beach Park Ordinance #105, subsection 3(h). This Ordinance takes affect upon publication.
