Synopsis of regular board meeting September 12, 2007.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm. All Board members present. Also present Dave Wurm and Zoning Adm. George Peplinski.

Twp. August minutes approved as corrected to read: Steve Hooper was interviewed for the full time EMT position at the Cedar Fire Dept. by the Twp. Board and also by Ron Williams and Bob Dezelski of Solon Two.

Treasurer’s report reviewed and accepted.

Zoning Adm. issued 4 Land Use Permits and 4 Land Division Splits approved by the Twp. Dave Wurm of the Planning Comm. briefed the board on how the new changes to the Zoning Ordinance will be presented to the board.

Motion carried to approve the Twp. levy of 0.5899 millage for the 2007 winter taxes. (2006 levy was 0.6008).

The Twp. Board reviewed 4 bids to replace the furnace at the Twp. Hall. Motion carried to accept the bid from West Bay Sheetmetal to install an 80% gas furnace at the Twp. Hall for total price of $1,696.56.

Motion supported to pay all invoices.
