Leland supports co-op track team with Suttons Bay

A cooperative track team with Suttons Bay, and possible improvements to Hancock Field, were discussed this week by the Leland Board of Education.
The board, with trustees Peter Sneed and Cris Larsen absent, voted unanimously to approve a cooperative agreement with Suttons Bay to have Leland students participate on the Norsemen track team beginning next spring.

School seeks election move to November

A change in the annual school election from May to November will be the subject of a public hearing prior to the Oct. 15 meeting of the Leland Board of Education.
