The Thursday morning ladies league at The Leelanau Club at Bahle Farms concluded play for the season on Thursday, Sept. 13 with a scramble event.

The winning team included Iva Stowe, Katie Roberts, Donna Nehil and Kathy Sterling. Taking second place was the team of Carol Kapnick, Jeanne Beers and Lois Stretlien.

The league also completed a three-week “Eclectic Tournament” on Sept. 6 in which players used the best score on each hole for three weeks to compile a gross and net score. The low gross winners were Mary Valpey and Kapnick in Flight A, Carol Fleming in Flight B, and Sterling in Flight C. The low net winners were Stowe in Flight A, Kay Ann Tant in Flight B, and Beers in Flight C.
