The Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Michigan is hosting a 6-week discussion group focusing on early stage memory loss.

Topics to be covered in the series include planning for the future, coping techniques, and promoting independence.

Groups will be offered Monday, Oct. 1 through Nov. 5 in the Traverse City area.
