TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

Your interest in the trust estate may be barred or affected by the following:

The decedent, Alan K. Heiligmann, whose last known address was 3550 Bay Bluffs Road, Cedar, Michigan 49621, died September 4, 2007. The decedent was the Settlor and Trustee of the Alan K. Heiligmann Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 5, 1999.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Lynn N. Alexander or Sharon A. Drybrough-Langston the current acting Trustees of the Alan K. Heiligmann Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 5, 1999, within four (4) months of the date of publication of this notice.

Notice is further given that the Trust will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
