PUBLIC HEARING

The Solon Township Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at 7:30 pm in the Solon Township Fire Hall, 8907 Railroad Avenue, Cedar, MI to receive public comment on a Conditional Land Use request as follows:

A request from Patricia L. Walski, owner of the Lakeside Party Store, currently zoned Resort Recreation (RR), parcel #45-010-011-030-00, to add a liquor license to the existing party store, to become a drinking establishment (Bar) and party store combination. The parcel is located at 9851 S. Perrins Landing Drive, Traverse City, MI, 49684, Solon Township, Leelanau County, Michigan, Section 11 T28N R12W.
