MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Mary Lambdin, and Christopher Lambdin, wife and husband and Sandra L. Lambdin and Michael A. Lambdin, wife and husband, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for lender and lender’s successors and/or assigns, Mortgagee, dated June 23, 2006 and recorded July 5, 2006 in Liber 906, Page 830, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Three Hundred Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine and 35/100 Dollars ($307,829.35) including interest at 7.5% per annum.

Avis and Linda L. Avis described in Liber 337, Page 218, Leelanau County Records; thence North 89 Degrees 25 Minutes 49 Seconds East (Recorded as North 89 Degrees 26 Minutes 38 Seconds East) 23.21 feet to the North-South one-quarter of said Section 25; thence South along said North-South one-quarter line 258.04 feet to the point of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale. TO ALL PURCHASERS: The foreclosing mortgagee can rescind the sale. In that event, your damages, if any, are limited solely to the return of the bid amount tendered at sale, plus interest.
