Synopsis of Suttons Bay Village Council Regular Meeting of September 17, 2007

Present: Chairman Mawby, Trustees Herman, Mentzer, Johnson, Bahle, and Petroskey. Vacancy -1. Call to Order 5:30 p.m. Quorum present.

The council approved the agenda as amended, minutes as presented and payment of bills. One application was received for the vacancy on the Village Council and a motion was made to appoint the applicant Jackie Freeman. The council members unanimously approved a Resolution to transfer $9500 from Major to Local Streets for improvements to Lincoln Streets as well as a Memorandum of Understanding with Leelanau County for a Brownfield Assessment Grant for Hazardous Material Assessment

The next regular meeting will take place on October 15, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.

The Meeting Adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
