Smith, of Smith’s dock visits Donny Brook real often the past five week, but we think he will visit Milwaukee hereafter. Johnie Send and James Kaley visited friends in Suttons Bay last week and from what we hear and seen they must have had a jolly time.

Suttons Bay. Rufli and Kehl had a picture taken of their building and the 75 head of cattle, that they drove to Traverse last week. Conat the tent photographer took the picture. One of the young cattle gave out in Elmwood and someone has preempted it. A search was made but without avail.

–Berhard Steimel will open up a meat market at Suttons Bay, in the building formerly occupied by Henry Snohr.
–Julius Prause is building an addition to his residence in this village.
