The Leelanau Conservancy is gearing up for Halloween at the DeYoung Farm on Cedar Lake with an event set for Saturday, Oct. 20.

An afternoon of cocoa and story-time will begin in the lower level of the DeYoung barn at 3 p.m. Stories will be followed by a twilight hike on the Cedar Lake trail and possibly bat watching as they take flight from the barn.
