A candlelight vigil in tribute to all those who face the daily challenges of Alzheimer's disease will be held on Thursday, Nov. 1, at Central United Methodist Church in Traverse City.

The 6 p.m. event, sponsored by the Northwest Michigan Region of the Alzheimer’s Association, marks national Alzheimer’s disease month.
