Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm. All board members present. Also present Mike Scharpf.

Twp. September minutes approved as presented.

Treasurer’s report reviewed and accepted.

Zoning Adm. issued 2 Land Use Permits.

Motion carried to pay the MTA dues of $1,313.52 for 7-1-07 to 6-30-08.

Discussion of the Planning Comm. changes to the Zoning Ordinance resulted in a carried motion to table the action on the amendments till next months meeting of Nov. 14, 2007.

Letter was sent to Houdek’s Pumping Serv. in reference to sighting of violation at property on 3471 French Road.

Motion carried to sign the Brownfield Assessment Property Agreement between the Twp. and Leelanau County.

Motion carried by the Election Comm. to appoint Claudette Winowiecki, Ruth Ann Popa & Brenda Schaub to be Election Inspectors for the Nov. 6, 2007 BATA Millage Election.

Next Twp. Board meeting Nov. 14, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Cedar Fire Hall.

The next joint Solon-Centerville Fire Board meeting is scheduled for Oct. 30, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Cedar Fire Hall.

Motion supported to pay all invoices.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
