MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Cynthia A. T. Hall and Jeffrey T. Hall, wife and husband, original mortgagor(s), to Republic Bank, Mortgagee, dated May 30, 2003, and recorded on May 30, 2003 in Liber 733 on Page 591, in Leelanau county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine And 72/100 Dollars ($285,299.72), including interest at 5.5% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Leelanau County, at 11:00 AM, on November 9, 2007.
Said premises are situated in Township of Empire, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as: Units 22, 23 and 24, Empire Hills, a condominium, according to the master deed recorded in Liber 514, Pages 418 thru 473, First Amendment to master deed recorded in Liber 543, Pages 549 thru 591, and Second Amendment to master deed recorded in liber 660, pages 412 thru 455, Leelanau County Records and designated as replat No. 2 of Leelanau County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 84, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements as set forth in above master deed and as described in Act 59 of the public acts of 1978, as amended.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
