Enterprise claims Open Meetings Act violated by board.
The Leelanau Enterprise this week filed suit in Circuit Court against the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners, alleging that the county board violated the state Open Meetings Act (OMA) by holding "closed sessions" on four occasions this year.
