Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Supervisor Ard; also present were Treasurer Grant, Trustee Bush, Trustee Voisin, Clerk Core, and seven guests.

Agenda approved. 9/17/07 minutes approved as presented.

The Board addressed the following: 1) township fee schedule housekeeping item. 2) Cynergy contract renewal. 3) TrueGreen Chemlawn three year contract option. 4) Au-She-Gun Resort septic Permit position letter. 5) Cherryland Electric Cooperative Public Utility franchise renewal. 6) committee and officer reports: a) parks & rec: forester contact; Groesser Park name; Boughey Park work. b) zoning written. c) planning: ag tourism language and rural residential verbiage. d) clerk: federal census project; annual audit; website administration; assessor assistant; presented bills & payroll.

The meeting adjourned at 7:55pm.
