MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Robert Verhage and Mindyn Verhage, Husband and Wife, to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation, Mortgagee, dated March 20, 2007 and recorded March 27, 2007 in Liber 935, Page 262, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-4 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4 by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Six and 93/100 Dollars ($585,176.93) including interest at 8.8% per annum.

Also, together with and subject to an easement for ingress and egress and the installation and maintenance of public or private utilities described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of herein described parcel of land; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 13 seconds East along the centerline of said 33 foot wide easement and the West line of herein described parcel of land, 150.00 feet to the point of ending of herein described 33 foot wide easement.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
