People interested in learning about a change in the direction of the public mental health system are invited to join a "learning community" at Northern Lakes Community Mental Health.

The first meeting will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday at the Northern Lakes CMH office, located at 105 Hall Street in Traverse City.

The group will meet once monthly for two hours.
