After nearly a year, the Kasson Township Planning Commission has a full complement of members again.

The Kasson Township Board on Nov. 5 reappointed two members and made a third appointment that fills a seat vacant since December 2006. The board voted unanimously to reappoint Rachel Roberts and Charles Schaeffer to 3-year terms on the Planning Commission.

Board members also appointed Victor Lane to a third, 3-year seat. Last December, then-township Planning Commission chairman Grayson East resigned. His seat, now expired, remained vacant despite several announcements that the board was seeking applicants for the post.
