Donald G. Small, 45, 15603 E. Cherry Park Rd., Northport — Arraigned for second degree home invasion; preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m.; bond continued.

Bradley M. Schettek, 20, 11080 S. Maple City Rd., Maple City — Pleaded guilty under a plea bargain arrangement to aggravated domestic violence and restitution; sentencing scheduled for Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.; bond continued.

Ryan A. Wainwright, 29, P.O. Box 81, Lake Leelanau — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; probation continued; to complete the class within 30 days or will serve 10 days in jail.

Brandon M. Morio, 19, 10301 S. Western Hills Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; lost 7411 sentencing status; to serve two days in jail with credit for two days served; driver’s license suspended for 30 days then restricted for five months; probation continued.

Thelma Torres, 42, 990 S. French Rd., Lake Leelanau — Arraigned for maintaining a drug house; preliminary hearing scheduled from Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m.; bond continued.

Dennis J. Taylor, 47, 0-437 Lake Michigan Dr., NW, Grand Rapids — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; probation revoked; to serve one year in jail with credit for time served; fine and costs owed preserved.

Stephen W. Dunklow, 31, 6150 E. Kabot Rd., Cedar — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; probation continued; to complete the class within 30 days or will serve 10 days in jail.

Sonia D. Chippewa, 18, 2968 N. W. Bay Shore Dr., Suttons Bay — Pleaded guilty to a bond violation; bond continued.

Christopher A. Gaultier, 22, 9241/2 Balsam St., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty under a plea bargain arrangement to driving while impaired and no operator’s license on person; sentencing scheduled for Nov. 30 at 10 a.m.; bond continued.

Christopher R. Ortega, 43, 4827 Cedar Lake Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced for second offense drunk driving; to serve three months in jail with credit for six days served; work release granted and Community Corrections review scheduled after serving 14 days in jail; $125 State Police expense; $200 fine; $800 costs; $50 state crime victims fund; $45 state judicial fee; not to consume or be in possession of alcohol and illegal drugs; not to enter bars; not to operate a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol; must attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week with monthly written verification; to attend, cooperate with and complete an alcohol highway safety program and impact panel; must submit to twice monthly random drug screenings; to attend, cooperate with, complete and pay fee of the Early Recover program and follow all recommendations; after release from jail to take and pass daily preliminary breath tests for three months, then test to be done on a weekly random basis; two years probation.

Rebecca S. Mead, 19, c/o 2524 Keystone Rd., Traverse City — Failed to appear for a pretrial meeting on Oct., 19, 2007 on charge of larceny more than $200, less than $1,000; bond forfeited; bench warrant issued; no bond on warrant.

Margarito Garces, 17, 11110 E. McKeese Rd., Suttons Bay — Failed to appear for arraignment on alcohol purchase, consumption, possession by a minor; bench warrant issued; $100 bond on warrant.

Alan M. Craker, 42, 9484 N. Manitou Tr., Northport — Pleaded guilty to drunk driving; to serve one day in jail with credit for one day served; $125 State Police expense; $200 fine; $700 costs; $50 state crime victims fund; $45 state judicial fee; to attend, cooperate with and complete an alcohol highway safety program and impact panel; not to consume or be in possession of alcohol and illegal drugs; must submit to discretionary testing for alcohol and drugs whenever requested by probation, law enforcement or judge; one year probation; if defendant completes the program and pays all fine and costs owed, he will be release early from probation.

Johnnie L. Medina, 49, 78 E. Dusty Ln., Maple City — Pleaded guilty under a plea bargain arrangement to second offense domestic violence; sentencing scheduled for Nov. 30 at 10 a.m.; bond continued; to must submit to twice daily preliminary breath tests.
