Notice Of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale

MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Paul D. Duperron, Joseph E. Duperron and Ana N. Duperron, a married man, husband and wife, original mortgagor(s), to Empire National Bank, Mortgagee, dated August 20, 1998, and recorded on August 26, 1998 in Liber 485 on Page 144, in Leelanau county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty And 17/100 Dollars ($51,420.17), including interest at 8.375% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Leelanau County, at 11:00 AM, on December 14, 2007.

Said premises are situated in Township of Cleveland, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as: Lot 8, Green Meadows, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber 6 of Plats, Pages 53 and 54.

Together with and subject to the following described easement: A 16 foot wide easement to a 40 foot parking Lot and a 20 foot access to Lime Lake, being part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 24, Town 29 North, Range 13 West, Cleveland Township, Leelanau County, Michigan, described more fully as follows: beginning at a point in Government Lot 3, which is North 1636.84 feet and East 608.67 feet from the Southwest corner of Section 24, thence South 2 degrees 00 minutes West, 100.00 feet; thence South 5 degrees 48 minutes West, 100.00 feet; thence South 3 degrees 44 minutes East 181.47 feet, thence South 13 degrees 37 minutes West, 17.77 feet; thence South 73 degrees 48 minutes East 336.70 feet to the centerline of East Lime Lake Road; thence North 16 degrees 26 minutes East along said centerline, 16.00 feet; thence North 73 degrees 48 minutes West, 321.49 feet; thence North 3 degrees 44 minutes West 182.57 feet; thence North 5 degrees 48 minutes East, 99. 99 feet; thence North 2 degrees 00 minutes East, 130.00 feet to the South line of the parking Lot; thence South 73 degrees 48 minutes East around said Lot , 30.00 feet; thence North 2 degrees 00 minutes East, around said Lot, 40.00 feet; thence North 73 degrees 48 minutes West, 198.60 feet to the shore of Lime Lake; thence South 2 degrees 00 minutes West along said shore, 20.00 feet; thence South 73 degrees 48 minutes East 152.60 feet; thence South 2 degrees 00 minutes West 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. Including all land between the shore coursing of the above description and the waters of Lime Lake.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
