NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Leelanau County Road Commission will accept sealed bids until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at their office in Suttons Bay, Michigan at 10550 E. Eckerle Road for the sale of the following surplus equipment:
#7 1995 Ford 1/2 ton 4×4 supercab pickup truck
#12 1995 Ford 1/2 ton 4×4 supercab pickup truck
#80 1995 Ford one-ton dump truck w/ hydraulic lift gate
The Road Commission’s bid form must be used. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the bid(s) that in the opinion of the Board are in the best interest of the Leelanau County Road Commission.
