SYNOPSIS

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Supervisor Harry Larkin with Treasurer Mike Kirt, Clerk Jane Keen and Trustees Nicholas Lederle and Steve Plamondon, and 19 guests present. The agenda was approved. Minutes were approved as presented for the October 8 board meeting. The Treasurer’s Report was approved as presented. The following board actions were taken:

Accepted John Kenney’s resignation from the Fire Board
Adopted a resolution of concurrence for a brownfield plan for the county complex redevelopment
Approved a Zoning Ordinance rezoning amendment for parcel 45-009-126-012-00
Approved a Zoning Ordinance amendment to Section 11.04, to various sections of Article 17 and to add a definition to Article 2
Adopted a resolution for corporations and organizations for Huntington Bank
Adopted a resolution of support for a Leland Township Fire Department request for a 2% GTB tribal grant
Authorized payment of a Legal Institute registration fee for attorney Martha Black
Appointed Lucy Schaub and John Fitzpatrick to three-year terms on the Library Board
Appointed Thomas Aemmer to the Board of Review for a term expiring January 2009
Authorized payment of an additional $2,236.28 for Munnecke Room roof replacement, to be paid out of the contingency budget at the end of the fiscal year
Approved bills and accounts
Board comment and public comment was heard. The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
