The Northport Dog and Cat Company, a pet grooming and retail sales business that opened for business in October, will hold its grand opening on Saturday.

Owner Jamie Covert has nearly 30 years experience in pet grooming. The store is located at 104 W. Nagonaba St., Northport. There will be a drawing for a free grooming at the grand opening, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
