Synopsis of Regular Bd. Meeting November 14, 2007.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm. All Board members present, absent R. Pleva. Also present Zon. Adm. George Peplinski, Assessor Julie Krombeen & Officer Mary Patterson.
Twp. October minutes approved as presented.
Treasurer’s report reviewed and accepted.
Zoning Adm. issued 6 Land Use Permits.
Joe Czerniak briefed the Twp. Board on the progress of the Planning Comm. in regards to the Wind Mill Committee’s proposed guidelines.
Motion carried to extend the terms of the Planning Comm. members Joe Czerniak, Mike Scharpf & David Wurm to Dec. 31, 2008.
Motion carried to extend the terms of the Zoning Board of Appeals members Ron Schaub & Gerald Laskey to December 31, 2008.
Motion carried to appoint Margaret Cova as an alternate to the Board of Review & Zoning Board of Appeals effective Nov. 14, 2007 to Dec. 31, 2008.
Motion carried to approve the hiring of Olson, Bzdok & Howard to create a Municipal Civil Infractions Ord. along with directions for implementation for $500.00.
Motion carried to adopt the Centerville Twp. Amendments of the Zoning Ordinance.
Motion carried to adopt a Resolution of guidelines for Poverty Exemptions for 2008 by the Board for Review.
Next Twp. Board meeting Dec. 12, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Cedar Fire Hall.
The next joint Solon-Centerville Fire Bd. meeting is scheduled for Nov. 27, 2007 at 7:00 pm. at the Cedar Fire Hall.
Motion supported to pay all invoices.
