The Kasson Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting at the Township Hall on Thursday, December 13, 2007, at 7:00 PM to consider a petition from Elmer's Crane

& Dozer for variance of current berm slope from 1 on 3 to 1.5, this change will make a better deterrent to trespassers, therefore making the open pit safer.
