MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by WILLIAM T. LEE and DIANE P. LEE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, N.A. FKA FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, Mortgagee, dated December 10, 2002, and recorded on December 19, 2002, in Liber 692, on Page 618, Leelanau County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-One Cents ($15,729.91), including interest at 8.500% per annum.
