RUDY A. SHEFFER was recently promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. A 1987 graduate of Glen Lake High School, he is the son of Daniel A. and Carol G. Sheffer of Cedar. He has served in the military for 20 years and is currently working in the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. as an information management superintendent.
