Synopsis of Minutes -unapproved draft

The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Supervisor Ard; also present were Treasurer Grant, Trustee Bush, Trustee Voisin, Clerk Core, and seven guests.
Agenda approved. 10/15/07 minutes approved as presented.
The Board addressed the following: 1) budget for parking lot improvement. 2) planning commission appointment. 3) fire/EMT services meeting. 4) committee and officer reports: a) parks & rec: forester contact and repairs/maintenance. b) zoning: written. c) planning: request public input at December meeting. d) trustees: repairs to Bingham fire building. e) clerk: website administration; presented bills & payroll. f) supervisor: lighting; zone/plan contract; cynergy contract; gas rates.
The meeting adjourned at 7:52 pm.
