The Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area, Inc., will offer a builder license course next month.

The class will be held at the association’s professional development center at the corner of Veterans Drive and Sunset in Traverse City from 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 11.

The cost is $150 per person, which includes information of the Michigan State Building Code and Pubic Act 54 230, and a comprehensive review of business and trade practices.
