Cherry Capital Chorus

 
MEMBERS OF the Cherry Capital Chorus perform in the gymnasium at St. Mary School Tuesday. Chorus members, including several who are from Leelanau County, also sang to students at Northport Tuesday. The concerts were a Christmas present to students and faculty at the two schools.

Grant to aid 2 Bingham parks

Bingham Township has received word through the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality that it will receive a $5,000 grant to develop plans for the improvement of the township's Hendryx and Boughy parks on West Grand Traverse Bay.
